Criminal Stupidity And Other Shorts

As I have mentioned before, the stupidity of thieves never fails to amaze me. Take Christopher Miller who robbed the Stride Right shoe store in Toms Rover New Jersey USA in 1999. He was caught and convicted, and spent 15 years in jail. Apparently the thought of this failure to commit the perfect crime festered on his mind over those long 15 years because .....

Yes, you have already guessed it, but I'll say it anyway.The day after his release he walked back into the very same store, where he was met by same clerk behind the counter (who Mr Miller didn't recognise), and he proceeded to rob the store again of $389 and the clerks cell phone. He was caught and sentenced to another 16 years in prison. he claimed later that he wasn't a numbskull, as “I didn’t even realize it was the same store until after I got arrested”

Lucas Hinch of Colarado Springs USA had his legally held pistol removed by the police, following a shooting incident. He had taken his Dell desktop computer outside and shot it eight times, after reaching what he told the police was 'critical mass'. He claimed to have no regrets .... I have felt his pain.

A self employed German woman in the Black Forest region of Germany received a tax demand in 2015 for €4,632,124,357,000,001 - an amount that would have made even Bill Gates blink ... the German tax authorities claimed that the woman's bank had refused to hand over the sum .... they said didn't know why!

Considering how much is banned as 'Haram' in Islam, its a wonder they manage to do anything .... In 2015, it was reported that some cleric or other had banned spikey haircuts (and I don't mean Mohican style punk hair cuts) as being 'satanic' in Iran. Mosafa Govahi, the head of the barbers union in that country said that "Devil-Worhipping hairstyles are now forbidden" ...
