Don't "Carry On Judging"

In a simpler age, the UK's judges were merely considered 'eccentric', nowadays they can easily be described as dangerous. Decisions now often take on all the appearance of something from a Carry On film .....

British Judges Look Odd And Often Are Odd

For instance, I had already posted on the 'Lost The Plot' post about a sword wielding Islamic nut job, being told he would go to prison but being placed on bail for a month before sentencing.

Another such bit of lack of judgement was the recent case when a senior judge ruled a child molester was rightly given a tougher than normal sentence, because his victims were Asian, and so were deemed to have suffered more from his crimes, than if the child molester had attacked non Asian children.

Frankly that's not just offensive to the white victims and relatives of Muslim rape gangs, but racist claptrap. By the same logic an Asian child molester can rightly assume that they are better off attacking non Asian children as it is more acceptable a crime. The fact is that anything less than a 15 year sentence, with 10 of those in prison, is lenient for child abusers in mine (and many others) opinion.

Another illustration is a 55 year old serial burglar named Anthony Darnley (who may well have been described like the TV character Norman Stanley Fletcher as a 'habitual criminal'), who was spared jail this year because the judge said it 'would be unjust' ....

Andre King Teen Killer - Out Real Soon

Some judges are honest about the inadequate sentences they hand down. Judge Jeremy Carey sentenced Andre King (who was aged 16 at the time of the offence in 2017) to just 39 months for the manslaughter of a 50 year old man, who he had verbally abused and then punched without provocation outside a McDonalds in Maidstone Kent. Apparently this was because he was just 16 when he killed 50 year old Wayne Chester, who died as a result of the assault, having a heart attack at the scene ... Judge Carey said that 'its unlikely that the victims family would regard it as "remotely adequate"'.

King was on bail for theft at the time of the attack, and had already served two periods of six months detention and training, for threatening with an offensive weapon and battery, and possessing an offensive weapon in 2016 alone .... another ethnic teen with criminality in his DNA and in his heart.

Just for the record, in those less lax times the fictional judge said "Norman Stanley Fletcher, you have pleaded guilty to the charges brought by this court, and it is now my duty to pass sentence. You are an habitual criminal, who accepts arrest as an occupational hazard, and presumably accepts imprisonment in the same casual manner. We therefore feel constrained to commit you to the maximum term allowed for these offences: you will go to prison for five years."

Update 2021:  You wont be surprised to know that after his release from the soft sentence in 2019, King carried on as before, and left Maidstone, began living in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Andre King 'Feral' Knife Attacker 2021

In the Summer of 2021 King, now 20, donned a stab-proof vest and chased after a 16-year-old who had been at a party with a friend, shouting “Who’s got a knife then?” before striking him with the blade. King, who previously lived at The Foyer in Church Street, Maidstone, was given an eight-year extended sentence for the latest savage attack.

On hearing of the latest conviction, Wayne’s sister Naomi White quite rightly told the local press: “As far as we’re concerned he is feral and won’t change his ways. “The thing is, if he’d had a tougher sentence for killing Wayne, he wouldn’t have been free to launch his latest attack.”

I wonder if Judge Jeremy Carey, or the Home Secretary, even noted the result of this light sentence for a teen killer  ... lets be honest, the very high risk of another murder by this little scumbag is just waiting on King's next release in a few years time.

  1. When Enoch Powell warned us of rivers of blood and the risk of repeating the US race issues here he was hounded. But here we are a couple of generations later and black and asian gangs are our biggest criminal threats. See London.
