Fighting Wimmin

Those fighting South Wales wimmin were at again (an old story from July 2017, but funny nonetheless) .... this time in Pembrokeshire, Wales, where Faye Jenkins was found not guilty of assaulting Kelsie Ormond

Faye Jenkins (L) Not Guilty Of Assaulting Kelsie Ormond (R)

The row occurred at a children’s birthday party in the Lion’s Den soft play area for under-12s.

Ms Jenkins had allegedly followed Miss Ormond’s seven-year-old niece into toilets to tell her off for falling out with her own seven-year-old daughter, who was celebrating her birthday at the centre. Miss Ormond challenged Ms Jenkins who admitted that “I may have said f*ck off quietly.” ... Miss Ormond heard her, and the pair swapped insults about their respective sizes, with Miss Ormond's sister, Linzi Laugharne now involved.

Ms Jenkins said about Ms Laugharne something like “it’s not hard for her to get up in my face - look at the size of her". Miss Ormond replied ‘You called her fat. You’re one to talk, you’re as fat as anything.’ ... at this point Ms Jenkins either head-butted Miss Ormond in her face leaving her bloodied, or defended herself by pushing Miss Ormond back with her forehead.

Ms Jenkins said "I thought I was going to get battered in front of my kids. I reacted in self defence. I leaned in and head-butted her but immediately regretted it. There was blood on her face from the smallest of cuts that was caused by her glasses but she didn't have black eyes."

Ms Ormond, who was taken to hospital for a check-up, said: "It wasn't a fight, it was an argument between her and my sister. I went over to calm the situation and got head-butted. Nothing more to it. There was vile language coming from her mouth in a children's play area, I went over to calm the situation and within 30 seconds of me being there I got head-butted. I didn't retaliate as there were small children around crying."

You pays your money and takes your choice.

Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court found Ms Jenkins not guilty of assault, after it was found that the CCTV quality at the play centre’s was too poor to identify what was really going on .... and so it goes in the UK's Florida man zone.
