And The Winner Is

By the time this post is published ....

Corbyn And Johnson Pulling Election Pints
One Of These Would Be King ..... Left Or Right

... the British voter will have spoken and likely chosen one of these two men to lead us.

Well, actually something will have happened from this list of outcomes:
  1. Boris Johnston will have the working majority in parliament for the Conservative Party that he craves. Or
  2. Jeremy Corbyn will have enough support to prevent a Conservative Party majority, and enough support from minor parties to become a Labour Party Prime Minister. Or
  3. We have another hung parliament with the Conservatives falling just short of the majority but effectively able to block a minority Labour led government. Or even
  4. By some unlikely manner, Jeremy Corbyn will win a Labour Party majority outright.
Now as you dear reader, will know the likely outcome before reading this, I will of course update this to signify what the outcome was, which unless its number 3 (which will mean that we have no Prime Minister), and the country will likely have to go to the polls again very soon.

In my lifetime I have now seen two minority governments February 1974 and June 2017 and the first led eventually to the Winter of Discontent, and the second, well we are about to find out.

All I can say for sure is that I will add an update before publication if its clear who has won or lost ... well before I went to bed at 1am, the prediction was that the winner of the Crown of Thorns will be ...

The Winner Of The Crown Of Thorns?
The Winner Of The Crown Of Thorns?

.... how you think about this is up to you.
