Of course dying is part of an actors lot ....
.... and on the stage, in a long run some parts call for them to die every night for months, or even years on end.
However in movies, they die but once (usually). But if you are known for portraying good baddies, if you get my drift, then you may spend much of your career dying in nearly every role.
So US/Mexican actor, Danny Trejo, has died 65 times so far in his movie career (and he isn't finished yet), allegedly more than any other actor. While actress Shelley Winters, met her end on-screen at least 20 times.
For many of the male actors, recurring roles could bump that figure ... so British actor Christopher Lee's frequent role as Count Dracula and the Mummy, meant a guaranteed nasty death in every movie, bringing his total screen death number to at least 60, before the real death finally caught up with him.
The only other actor to pass 50 deaths is US actor Lance Henriksen .... nearly all in various sci-fi roles. In fact looking at the list below, its obvious that Horror and Sci-fi movies (and possibly Cowboy films) are the biggest killers:
Of course while some have death greatness thrust upon them, some actually born to it ... so actors Kit Harrington and Merrit Butrick have a 62.5 per cent of dying in any movie roles they take.
Others with a high chance of dying are:
"Hi-Diddle-Dee-Dee", an actors death for me ..... well it pays the bills.
