Moustache Mockery
'Moustache Pete' was a derogatory name given to the old style Sicilian Mafioso crime bosses who had come to the USA in the early 20th century.
In Korea, moustaches are also likely to prompt derogatory names ... or at least that's the excuse being given, for the social media attacks being directed at Harry Harris, the US Ambassador to South Korea.

No Surprise Introductions
It appears that introducing any new species into a habitat always backfires.
Cane Toads into Australia (with over 1.35 billion of the critters in the country), is the current standout example of such disastrous imports. It has also been found in Caribbean, the Philippines, Fiji, New Guinea and the USA - it appears to be an unstoppable amphibian.

New Snowflake Tag
There is no limit to the stupidity of the Left wing snowflakes these days.
Buoyed up by the off chance that the Labour Party (currently nothing more than a vehicle for the far left), may have got into power, and egged on by the BBC who support this nonsense, they are espousing any nut case cause that takes their fancy.

Goodbye To Russia?
It appears that my (soon to be ex?) Russian readers will soon be looking at a different Internet from that which the free or Western world views.
This is because Russia, like China, Iran and North Korea (and possibly other authoritarian regimes elsewhere as the technology spreads), has decided that an open worldwide Internet is too dangerous to the regime, and wants to cut its citizens off from the Internet.

Good News Bad News
The Office for National Statistics has said in its latest study: Living Longer: Is Age 70 The New Age 65?
..... that we are now living so much longer, and in so much better health that the Biblical lifespan of ‘three score years and ten’ (aged 70), has probably now become the age point, at which people should be allowed to retire on a state pension.

.... only for the two schools to decline them, even though he was a former scholarship alumni of both, has raised some interesting questions about race and double standards.
