Rape Sentences Not Long Enough

When the sentences were handed down to the eight Pakistani men and one Afghan man who systematically drugged, raped, and trafficked up to forty seven under-age non Muslim girls in Rochdale, Lancashire. England, there were three things that stuck most people.

1. Firstly the lightness of the sentences, which ranged from a mere four to nineteen years.
2. Secondly, the fact that once again south asian rapists of children are not classed as paedophiles (when white males would have been), and 
3. Finally, that the crimes were not officially classed as 'race crimes' despite the judge stating that this was a factor, and which should have increased the length of the sentences.

Eight of the Convicted Men - One Mans Identity has been withheld by the courts.

For the record those named were sentenced as follows (only half of the time will actually be served because our prison system gives 50% remission):

• Adil Khan, 42, received eight years. 
• Mohammed Sajid, 35, was jailed for twelve years and will be deported back to Pakistan.
• Mohammed Amin, 45, received a five-year jail term.
• Hamid Safi, 22, was sentenced to four years. He will be deported to Afghanistan. 
• Abdul Qayyum, 44, was jailed for five years.
• Kabeer Hassan , 25, was sentenced to nine years for rape.
• Abdul Aziz, 41, received a nine year sentence. 
• Abdul Rauf, 43, received six years.  
• The unnamed man (The ringleader) got 19 yrs

I'll repeat once again, imagine what riots on the streets there would be if this were non-asian men systematically raping Muslim girls ..... how heavy would the sentences be for those men. The justice system fails when its seen that one group consistently are dealt with in a special manner.  We are on the precipice of street problems, and yet even now our PC left-wing and liberal justice system flirts with disaster.

Asians make up under 5% of the population, but 28% of convictions

All the convictions have been endangered, because the stupid leader of the far right BNP, Nick Griffin, tried to be 'clever' (a hard trick for an idiot to pull off, and one he has never managed ), by tweeting about convictions before the results were announced. In fact he was just taking a good guess, but the defence lawyers are all lodging appeals on the grounds of trial compromise, and that the men couldn't get a fair trial unless from a Muslim majority jury. Griffin is the reason why the right in the UK will never get the success it gets in Europe.

As for the politically correct Greater Manchester policeman, who still insists that despite this being just one of many such trials inside the last few years (and with another large Pakistani rape ring uncovered in Oxford), and the evidence of well researched statistics, the case was not about race, but just "adults preying on vulnerable young children" (in which case why were they not convicted as paedophiles?) ..... there are no words to convey my contempt.

Oh, and as I write this post, police have uncovered and made a number of arrests on yet another rape ring in Rochdale .... they are saying its a separate group of men (who are assumed to also be Muslims of Pakistani origin, but details not confirmed yet). If this is just one northern town, how many more of these rape rings are operating in the neighbouring towns?

There is breaking news that once again a major organised paedophile ring has been uncovered in the UK .... the victims are apparently female children who were in council care homes, or who had run away from home and were on the streets.

Sex and Race

Currently eleven Muslim men  of south asian descent are on trial in the Liverpool Crown Court for the alleged grooming and sexual abuse of five  non Asian victims, one as young as age thirteen, in the northern town of Rochdale. Sadly this is an increasingly common offence that the media have under reported in the past, for reasons upon which we can only speculate. I have mentioned this kind of 'race crime' before ( although for some reason when the victims are white girls and the alleged perpetrators are Asian men, its not a 'race crime' in PC la-la land), and I won't labour the point again.

However, in an obviously related story, there have been violent clashes between youths and police in Rochdale as white gangs have attacked asian businesses, apparently in response to the reports coming out of the trial. Its only after 24 hours of trouble that the national media in the form of the BBC have connected the two events in radio reports.

This is the sort of PC nonsense that first ignores this string of Asian paedophile gangs operating in the north of England, then when it can't ignore it, downplays the 'racial elements' of the offences, and then finally makes no connection between the cause and effect of the two events. I can't say whether these men are guilty or not, as the trial continues this week, but I can comment on the spineless broadcast media, for their playing PC race politics, rather than reporting truthfully on these stories while little girls get groomed and raped.

Its because this sort of event is going on in many towns, and is then being largely ignored by politicians and the national media, that there is increasingly violent racial tensions in many northern towns .... if this issue isn't tackled honestly and head on, then there will be more trouble in the years to come.

The Real Story The BBC Wont Tell

The PC driven BBC has reported on yet another Muslim, Pakistani paedophile rape ring operating in the UK ... however in the radio reports they don't mention the racial and religious aspects of the gang.... all the victims (one aged 12) were white, non Muslims.

Wheres The Justice?

Buried on the UK North / Manchester pages of the BBC web site (its too obviously a race story that the PC brigade don't want to have publicized) is this tale of Pakistani men ... grooming, beating, gang raping and drugging a 13 yr old girl .... on the BBC radio this story was related with only a small reference to the race of the victim and the men.

The BBC is truly pathetic when it has to deal with stories that it finds uncomfortable to deal with .... especially ones that suggest that Muslim males don't act nicely, or may be targeting white girls for racially motivated sex attacks.

Until the BBC start reporting facts as they are and not as the PC brigade would want us to pretend that they are, they will continue to slide into disrepute .... the local press, and local people in the North have complained about this thing going on for years, and even the odd local labour MP have raised it, but the BBC ignores or denies its happening because

• Its the North (and their all stupid racists, aren't they), and
• its not happening in London, so it not real is it. 

The saddest part is the claim that "well it happens to other communities" form of denial .... the difference is that its not Muslim girls when white paedophile gangs do it, its only the Muslim Asian males who consider white girls to be worthless and therefore acceptable to attack.

The other thing about this terrible crime is that for some reason, even though this was a 13 yr old, its still not described as a paedophile crime .... just forced prostitution, but if it was a white gang it would be a paedophile  ring and they would get double the sentences and be on the sex offenders register .....

Nine men convicted at Manchester Crown Court in connection with the abuse were:

•  Aftab Khan, 31, of Tarporley Avenue, Fallowfield pleaded guilty to one count of controlling a child prostitute and one count of sexual activity with a child. He was sentenced to nine years in prison. This was later reduced to seven years on appeal.
• Abid Khaliq, 30, of Shrewsbury Street, Stretford was sentenced to eight months in prison after admitting perverting the course of justice.
• Noorzai Ahmed, 29, of Royce Court, Hulme was sentenced to four years in prison after he was found guilty of paying for the sexual services of a child.
• Mohammed Anwar Safi, 29, of no fixed address, was sentenced to 31 months in prison after admitting paying for the sexual services of a child
• Mohammed Khan, 26, of Royce Court, Hulme was sentenced to four years in prison after he was found guilty of facilitating child prostitution.
• Najibullah Safi, 33, of Reabrook Avenue, West Gorton was sentenced to two years in prison after admitting to sexual activity with a child.
• Asad Yousaf Hassa, 28, of Rivington Street, Rochdale was sentenced to two years in prison after admitting two counts of sexual activity with a child.
• Mohammed Basharat, 28, of Prospect Street, Rochdale was sentenced to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child under 16.
• Mohammed Atif, 29, of Rivington Street, Rochdale was sentenced to two years in prison after admitting to sexual activity with a child.

This blog has reported on this issue before and this is the second such story this year, and in both cases the punishments have not reflected either the crimes, nor been commensurate with the same crimes committed by white males. These men should be on the sex offenders register but instead, despite the young age of the victim, they are treated as though its an adult vice ring.
