Google Earth can be used for many things, including spotting Britain's worst fly-tipping site.

It has finally been cleared up of the mountain of sofas, fridges, baths, and other junk that could be seen from outer space (do you remember when it was only the Great Wall of China that could be seen from space?).
An campaign group Friends of the road, has determined that they will keep performing litter picks, and tree plantings along with CCTV to deter the fly tippers going back down the 'Road to Nowhere,' as the site near the M4 had been dubbed locally. Thanks to Google Earth we shall see all if this has simply kicked the problem down the proverbial road somewhere else.
