New British Crime?

Today marked a new era in UK legal jurisprudence, when District Judge Derek Chalk, apparently decided to introduce a new crime in to the UK ......  "Theatrical Bigotry", for which the sentence seems to be 70 days (30 days for stealing the book and 70 days for upsetting the Muslims - note that stealing got the lesser sentence), when a non Muslim, called Andrew Ryan burnt the stolen Koran in public ...
