The British Police have not had a good year in 2011.
Firstly there was the complete collapse of law on the streets, when the police failed to tackle the street scum of London and other cities, while they looted, robbed, mugged and burnt out the law abiding ..... even an internal report has condemned the poor responses of the London and other police forces.
