| Christmas Gnomes Left In Flintshire Gardens |
.... it should come as no surprise that a story emerged in September 2023 of Gnomes, bothering the residents of Broughton, North Wales. Apparently, residents in the town reported the sudden appearance of "Christmas Gnomes" in their front gardens. Local police advised that these may have been bait, set by potential burglars, to see which gnomes were removed and which were left standing, and thus identifying potentially empty houses.
However, there was no helpful suggestion by the police as to how to stop the possible burglars, other than to remove the gnomes and be vigilant! ....... Hmm!
