You Can't Make This Stuff Up

In Afghanistan, illiterate mobs have been whipped up to rampage in the streets because the US army burnt a few terrorists Korans. So far this mob violence has probably cost upwards of twenty lives, and with many more injured. I can only point out once again that hundreds of copies of the Koran have been blown up, burnt and defiled with human blood, in the frequent bombings of mosques in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Sudan, Syria, Libya and Somalia to name just a few places where this frequently happens.

At the same time as these protests cost lives in Afghanistan, an attack in Iraq kills 55 Muslims as both the Shia population and the police are targeted, while in Pakistan, many Sunni Muslims die as a car bomb hits Peshawar bus stop. You can't make this up ..... the apparently low value put on human life in the Muslim world is almost breathtaking.

If they put even one tenth the value that they claim they do on life and even the Korans, into efforts for peace then they would finally stop the bloodshed that rages seemingly forever across the Muslim world.

When an American pastor threatened to burn a copy of the Quran, all of the Muslim world went loco (as usual), with protests and mobs, and burnings ....

Hamas Hypocrites

With the usual hypocrisy that only Arabs can muster, the Hamas ruling party in Gaza knocked down dozens of Arab homes that they claimed were built illegally on 'Government lands'. Of course there is not a murmur from any of the surrounding states nor the Arab press ..... however when its Israel knocking down houses for the same reasons, well that's another story!

I and a lot of others might have some sympathy with the Arabs if they weren't so obviously anti anyone non Muslim, while so disregarding of Muslim failures.

If an Israel bomb kills a Muslim (terrorist or not) they are irresponsible murderers and the victims 'martyrs', while Hamas rockets into Israel are applauded and the victims 'legitimate war targets'.

If a Mosque is hit by a US/Israeli/UK bullet, then its an attack against Allah and worthy of violent suicide attacks, but when the same mosque is blown shitless by another brand of Islam (they are all violent to some degree or other), then hardly a murmur.

When a Non Muslim enters a mosque they must show total deference or else its like the world has ended and the infidel must die - but Christian churches can be defamed by any Muslim Arab gunmen and there is not a murmur by any Muslim.

It's this sheer bigotry, hypocrisy and intolerance that makes me oppose everything about their cult.

15 Minutes Of Fame - TV Idiocy

Sticking to the Muslim world and their conspiracy theories (by moving from East Pakistan aka Bangladesh, to Pakistan) ....

Conspiracies Are Everywhere ...........

....where a lot of debate is being generated by the media and bloggers demonising the elected government, trying to convince their audiences of global conspiracies against Pakistan, led by the arch enemies, India and the United States, or insisting that the recent spate of suicide bombers around the country is being orchestrated by 'foreigners' (aka the CIA, MI6 or Mossad), rather than local militants.

Nothing odd about this in itself, as the whole Islamic world believes all of this crap (and indeed many other non Muslim conspiracy groups vie for attention world wide), but sadly for a country that is falling apart, nonsense such as this detracts from the dire problems that are actually fuelling the Taliban's support inside that country - the crumbling economy, joblessness, the rising cost of living, massive crime issues, and the complete lack of investment in health and education, or even the long-running insurgency in Balochistan province (which could break Pakistan apart).

So, why this blindness? Well it appears that the problem lies in the sheer number of media outlets in Pakistan. All apparently competing for a large, but often illiterate audience, by adopting 'shock jock' tactics, of ever wilder claims ......... a sad indication of the possible future of TV when anyone can make a programme (just look at 'reality TV' to see the Western route to the same destination).

Malaya and Turkey (two of a kind)

The world’s a little bit more depressing today. I have been watching the news recently (as always), and have found it had to work up the energy to blog about any of it. Light relief is in short supply at the moment, and even distractions are of a sombre kind.

Iraq is lost to civil war (despite WW’s state of denial), the Palestinians are proving once again that they are dumb, even by Muslim standards, by killing each other over who controls the shit heap that is Gaza and the West Bank. The Lebanese are at it again, with Palestinians (yes them again) fighting the Lebanese army.

Democracy is never going to take hold in the Muslim world, and before anyone points at Malaya and Turkey as examples of democratic Islam, well lets just take a quick .

In Turkey, the Army has just threatened a coup to defend ‘secularism’ …. Hardly the actions of a democratic state that wishes to become “European” (What a laugh, they don’t even realise that if they were “European” they wouldn’t have to ask to become one). They also fail to see that if the army has to guarantee “secularism” by upending the elected government, then they fail to be European on at least two counts!

1. By voting for a non secular government, and
2. By having a democratic government over turned by the army.

In Malaya in 2003, the Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said that “The Muslims will forever be oppressed and dominated by the Europeans and the Jews. It cannot be that there is no other way. 1.3 billion Muslims cannot be defeated by a few million Jews. There must be a way. We are actually very strong. 1.3 billion people, cannot be simply wiped out. The Europeans killed 6 million Jews out of 12 million. But today the Jews rule this world by proxy. They get others to fight and die for them. They survived 2000 years of pogroms not by hitting back, but by thinking. They invented and successfully promoted Socialism, Communism, human rights and democracy so that persecuting them would appear to be wrong, so they may enjoy equal rights with others. With these they have now gained control of the most powerful countries and they, this tiny community, have become a world power. Of late because of their power and their apparent success they have become arrogant. And arrogant people, like angry people will make mistakes, will forget to think.” He has other thoughts along thse lines on the link below.

Hardly the benign speech of a secular minded leader of a Muslim democracy, well it gets better (despite Tony ‘Dhimmi’ Blair, trying to tell us all that Islam is a peaceful religion, and that Turkey should be in the EU, or that Malaya is a free and democratic state).

Malayan backed jihadists are trying to seperate two states in neighbouring Thailand by killing Thai teachers, nurses, civil servants etc. The idea is to drive out the native Thais, and claim that these two states are actually Muslim Malay, and always have been. The west, led by Blair are sitting by and saying nothing while this goes on.

Finally to top it off …. The Malayan government has moved motorway routes etc so as not to knock down derelict mosques, but has never diverted a single road if it ran over a Church, Hindu or Buddhist temple, whether derelict or not, these have all been knocked down despite objections.

In Malaya Converts from Islam to Christianity, or other religions, have to keep it secret, for fear of being stoned to death (as in rural Turkey) and live in fear of their lives, and the state refuses to recognise the conversion, in other words the same terrible treatment that non muslims can expect where ever islam holds away.

… Hmm, a democratic state if you are a Muslim, but not if you are a Jew, Christian, Hindu or Atheist. Keep showing the good judgement Tony by recommending Gordon as the royal successor…. Oh, you have already done that …. Like I said a really good couple of weeks!
