Murderous Groups
The arrests for murder rates amongst the different ethnic minorities in the USA, based on 2013 figures, has been compiled as this chart.
Not exactly a new statistic, but very stark reminder that there are different perceptions to this crime amongst differing ethnic groups. Some have a markedly more casual approach to murder.....

Black: 1,143 (41.67%)
Latino/Latina: 366 (13.34%)
Asian: 53 (1.93%)
Native American: 27 (0.98%)
Unknown: 1 (0.04%)[1]
Comparatively, the U.S. population is 60% non-Hispanic white, 13.4% black, 18.1% Hispanic or Latino, 5.8% Asian, 1.3% Native American, and 2.7% mixed (per U.S. Census Bureau 2018).
Welsh Village Is Missing One
Stephen Thomas is a Welshman who likes a laugh. So when he was arrested on a matter that was later dropped and placed in the back seat of a police car, he lent forward as the officer walked to the drivers seat, and let the hand brake off.
The car then rolled downhill and crashed into another parked police vehicle causing damage amounting to £1,542,26p. He was charged and fined £450 for the criminal damage to the police cars, and told to pay £85 court costs. He was also told to pay £45 victim surcharge and £1,542 in compensation to Dyfed-Powys Police..
Lying Bastard
Algerian Boualem Benouaret of Stoke Newington, was able to avoid appearing in court after his lawyer claimed that he was too claustrophobic to get into the prison van taking him to court. He apparently didn't have trouble flying to the UK, but did with a prison van. He is accused of supplying fake documents for criminals and illegal immigrants .... we are mad to allow these people to walk rings around us like this, and worst of all our lawyers connive in it.
Best Laid Plans
When Aasia Bibi, a forced marriage bride in the Punjab, concocted her revenge on her putative husband, she did so by poisoning some milk which he was supposed to drink during the ceremony. Unfortunately her plan went awry when many others drank the milk as well .... fifteen people died.
Thieving C**t
Gemma Dalton from Salford, England, shaved her head, pretended to be pregnant and to have terminal cancer in order to elicit £1,270 in cash from a cancer Charity. The truth emerged when suspicious doctors carried out tests and discovered the defendant was not expecting a baby nor did she have cancer.
She has had previous convictions for conning £5,000 from a a 77-year-old wheelchair bound pensioner, and stealing friends holiday money, by pretending to be a travel agent. Even as she went to court she persisted in trying to pass herself off as having cancer. She is just 29, and is already a persistent criminal ... her latest sentence was just 12 months, suspended. We might as well not have bothered as she hasn't been deterred before.

In Tunbridge Wells, Kerry Mitchell attacked three Jehovahs Witnesses with a hammer, hitting one in the face and another on the shoulder, after they knocked on her door. She pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating, one count each of possession of an offensive weapon, and religiously aggravated harassment. She was sent to Crown Court for sentencing .... the reason for her assaults were never given. As usual, despite the seriousness of the crime she got a sentence of eight months' jail suspended for 18 months .. in other words no punishment at all. Perhaps realising that the judge made her subject to a six-month tagged curfew between 8pm and 6am, and fined her £200 and she must attend 20 days of a rehabilitation requirement.

Lamarr Chambers was arrested in Harlow, Essex on 17 January and charged with two counts of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply. He was believed to have swallowed drug packages of heroin and crack cocaine, and he refused medical treatment, x-rays or laxatives, to make him pass these packages. A stand-off then ensued and he broke all sorts of British medical records as he went 47 days without a bowel movement. Strangely he was still able to eat and drink comparatively normally during this passage of time. Police eventually were forced to give up detaining him, as the medical need to intervene became critical.
He was rearrested on a separate charge of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug, but he was then released on bail, and taken by police car to hospital for medical treatment. Speaking as someone who went through a few days constipated after each cancer treatment, I can only say that Mr Chambers will not find the resumption of normal activities in this area, easy or pain free ....
Craigslist Hitman
Danielle Layman of Oklahoma tried to hire a hit-woman from Craigslist to kill her husband in Tel Aviv Israel. She advertised for someone to undertake an 'overseas acting job'. She was charged with soliciting murder on the Internet ...
She apologised to the judge for manufacturing the poison ricin, which was to be administered to her husband, but which she claimed was just part “an elaborate fantasy.” plot. The judge sentenced her to more than three years in prison .....maybe she should have tried the dark web ... or perhaps eBay.

Al Capone Imprisoned
Al Capone aka Alexandra Capone was imprisoned in Brighton was jailed for two years after attacking a gentleman in her flat in Worthing by hitting him in the face with a bottle. She claimed self defence but the jury convicted her.
