St. Augustine Police Department later posted on its facebook page "Have you ever wondered what Crystal Meth looks like?" ‘Well meet, w/f Crystal June METHvin (No Joke)' underneath the mugshot picture.

She and her boyfriend faced a third degree felony charge, for possession of Crystal Meth, and each were each being held in jail on $5,000 bonds .... according St. Johns County Sheriff's Jail Log, Ms Methvin has been arrested up on drug related charges at least fourteen times since 1998 but I couldn't find what happened to her and her boyfriend back then, and would have posted or parked this post back in late 2018.
But in August 2022, blow me, up pops Crystal June Methvin of Jacksonville, Florida, now aged 47 arrested again and booked in Flagler County Sheriff's Office. This time she was arrested for 'DWLS HABITUAL' .... driving while suspended (or without licence). 'METHAMPHETAMINE - SELL' ... self explanatory and 'METHAMPHETAMINE - TRAFFICKING 28G-200G' again self explanatory. She posted bond apparently, and was released awaiting trial (and presumably back to her old lifestyle) .... after that the trail goes cold. As usual no news of the outcome as the press lose interest.
However this tale makes you wonder if there is a Charlie Cocaine or Harry Heroin out there somewhere in Florida?
