... but not all their neighbours like it when they do.
So its perhaps not strange that in February 2023, an unnamed man in Montmorency County, Michigan decided to illegally rid himself by any means at hand, of his new unwanted neighbours.
His choice of removal, a large lump of Tannerite explosive which he used to blow the damn sky high. Police were called by anxious neighbours, who also heard gunshots and arrived to find that the results of the explosion were widespread. The man had not only flooded his own property, but also that of his neighbours. He had used a rifle to shoot the explosive to set it off.
They arrested the man, charged him with destroying a beaver dam/colony without a permit and he faced potential legal action by his flooded neighbours .... the man then admitted that he "did not think about what would happen to the water."
