.... hosted by ex-Top Gear presenter James May (as suggested by the title Duh!), which is actually rather entertaining.
Now the idea behind the show is that Mr May and his two sidekicks (one of whom has strange mannerisms and wears the same clothes in every show), explore the world of the Dull Men's Club (originally a Facebook group). They celebrate answering strange question (such as how many baked beans should be in a standard can), and the excitements to be found in the many mundane hobbies and interests followed by men (and a few women) in the UK.
As already mentioned, its not actually dull at all (most of Mr May's interests in shows aside from car programs have been entertaining), but that is not the point. The title struck me, because in April 2019 I recalled (I have a strange memory), that there had been a news report stating that Britain's dullest man was Nick West, a then 59 year old from Langford, Somerset, England.
He had been voted to this position by an on-line poll. His victory (if it can be described that way) was based upon his lifelong collection of empty beer cans. He became interested at age 16, and now has 9,300 (and counting) empty cans, with the oldest dated to 1936. His future wife Deborah had humoured him by buying him a book about beer can collecting when he was 17 years old.
He has moved several times to larger houses to cater for the collection, which he thinks he has spent around £25,000 on, over 42 years of collecting. He was reported as wanting to down size to around 1,500 prize examples ... good luck finding a buyer 😃
Mind you he had some stiff competition. In the poll he beat a roundabout buff (who featured in Mr May's show), a brick collector, and a man who watches paint dry for a living ..... I think a man who really does watch paint drying, is someone to keep an eye on.
