..... and they come as regular as rain in the UK.
A shouting man drew police attention in Indiatlantic Florida. He was screaming obscenities and making threats at anyone who paid him attention. At some point, Lane even entered the police department and "proceeded to yell at the dispatcher while pounding on the walls and glass," according to the arrest report. They detained 61 year old , who continued to rant and rave ..... they eventually let him leave the police station.He left the building but called 911 while at a 7-Eleven and again threatened the dispatch officer. The police report states he told the dispatcher over the phone that I 'needed to leave now or you will all be sorry you f___ed with the saint."
The madman returned to the 7-Eleven parking lot where he had been detained, and loudly declared that he was a saint and threatened to destroy civilisation with his 'vast army of turtles'. Police had received more complaints and they returned and arrested him for a second time after forcibly removing him from his car and charged him with disturbing the peace, misusing 911 and resisting an officer without violence.
