The 10-acre Stardust Ranch in Rainbow Valley near Phoenix Arizona was put up for sale in October 2017.
Its principal selling point according to its owner John Edmonds is that it is overrun by aliens.
He claims that they actually levitated his wife out of the house, and tried to draw her up into their space craft. So annoying are the little critters, that he's personally shot and killed more than a dozen of them over the last 20 years.
“Unless you cut the head off and disconnect the antennae, so to speak, they instantly ‘phone home’. Even with a razor-shape sword, it is nearly impossible to decapitate them with one swing.”
He’s even been abducted and had medical experiments performed on him by the aliens ...
.... and claims he has the scars to show for it. Of course, the aliens could just be potential farmers .....
