Two teenager boys aged about
13 or 14 years old decided that it would be a good idea to take
advantage of a clear sky in April 2022, and do some stargazing.

So living in Sheffield, England, which is surrounded by hills, with the city being less than 3 miles from the start of the Peak District, you would think that they might go there.
But no, they decided to walk to Junction 34 of the the M1 Motorway, for the Meadowhall shopping centre, where they walked down to the M1 and crossed three lanes to get to the central reservation. They then lay down and looked at the stars.
Needless to say, the motorway police were less than impressed, especially as they had to bring the M1 to a standstill to detain the two boys.
The two boys actually gave the police a hard time and argued before being removed, with what the police described as 'poor attitudes,' and they were both issued with with fixed penalty notices.
So the future of the country will be in good hands then? ..... that's a relief.
