 Putin's pardons ....

Monsters Freed By Putin: Denis Gorin,
Nikolai Ogolobyak, Artem Buchin.

..... are given to prisoners who agree to fight in his war in the Ukraine .... originally they only had to survive 6 months of fighting to be able to walk free of the army and be pardoned.

They have no restrictions on who qualifies, so some of the worst human beings inside the Russian Gulag/penal colony system (and they really are some of the worst of the worst), are being released and then freed after completions of their service. Of course some of them have then re-offended and raped and or killed again, to the disquiet of many Russians, but who dare not complain because that is treated as treasonable. 

However, there have been some very questionable pardons handed out. For instance Denis Gorin a 44 year old serial killer who was convicted of at least 4 murders and committing cannibalism (after Satan inspired him), on one of the victims (cutting the legs off one of his victims, washing them, shaving them, refrigerating and then cooking and eating them). His first murder in 2003 only engendered a seven year sentence, which he served but then killed again in 2011 and 2013 with his brother ..... caught, he got another 22 year prison sentence. 

But in late 2023 he took Putin's pardon and was sent to the Ukraine where no doubt he can kill and possibly cannibalise Ukrainians. He was joined in the war by Nikolai Ogolobyak, another cannibal Satanist, who was in a Satanic gang in the city of Yarodlav who killed and dismembered four teenagers, before frying the victims organs (Each of the teens was first drugged and then stabbed 666 times, dismembered and roasted on a bonfire in a rite lasting two-nights. The teens’ limbs, scalps, breasts and genitals were severed and hearts removed) .... they were all sentenced to long sentences for murder, robbery, desecrating a corpse. 

His father confirmed that he had fought for 6 months in the notorious 'Storm Z' squads, which are deployed to carry out highly attritional, infantry-led frontal assaults at the most dangerous parts of the battlefield, before getting injured, and is now a free man and is currently living with his mother.

Another such serial killer is Artem Buchin, from the Perm region, who raped and killed 23-year-old Tatyana Rekutina in 2022. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison in February 2023, and was freed to fight in Ukraine in August 2023. By November 2023, he had returned to his home town (and his victims home town), after being discharged and free. He then went and killed his his ex-wife and her young daughter in front of his four-year-old son before going on the run before being captured. 

Human rights activist Alyona Popova had previously warned about freeing Buchin .... but "Less than a year has passed and the disaster repeated itself.” She now says "Justice in the country has finally been replaced by some kind of maniac factory ..... What is happening is simply a crime against the entire population of the country, against the Constitution, against the fundamental rights to justice and security.”

Unfortunately they are not alone, its estimated that at least 50,000 ex-prisoner soldiers served their 6 months in the Ukraine (or were injured and released), and are now free to walk the streets of Russia.
