Naramalli Sivaprasad in an Indian MP for the ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) of the state of Andhra Pradesh, who like to use
costumes to highlight his various concerns.
He has in the past turned up at Parliament as mythological characters, Hindu gods, a spiritual guru and even a woman.
However he overstepped a mark with some social media followers in August 2018 when he turned up dressed as Adolf Hitler, moustache and all.
He claimed "I have a reason for everything I do", and that it was an anti-Modi protest, because just like Prime Minister Modi, "Hitler never sought anyone's counsel and he did not work for the welfare of people." .... "I am an artiste. An artiste can use more creative methods of protest." ..... this is what you get when you elect actors as MP's in India.
