and so for example India's prime minister Mr Modi was at the summit, but not the military parade.
But attending the military parade were Xi, Putin and Kim il Jong, but also at the September 3 parade, were the following:- Myanmar military chief Min Aung Hlaing,
- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian,
- Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif,
- Mongolian President Khurelsukh Ukhnaa,
- Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev,
- Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto,
- Vietnamese President Luong Cuong,
- Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim,
- Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu,
- Nepali Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli,
- Zimbabwe’s President Emmerson Mnangagwa,
- and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
As well as two European leaders, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. Both are pro Russia to a large degree despite for example Slovakia being in the European Union and NATO.
Hungary also has these dual loyalties to Russia but chose not to attend in China. But nevertheless what a rogue gallery of the unlikely allies these make ... barely a functioning democracy amongst them but a lot of dictators and autocrats.
