| Pools look Better In Green? |
.... so much so that he thought his neighbours should also like it.
So, using the latest in private drone technology, he overflew his neighbours property, and if they had a swimming pool, he would drop a harmless green dye in to them. In all he managed to turn at least 20 pools green starting on August the 13th, before his arrest in September 2023.He was charged with multiple counts of criminal mischief and harassment with fines up to $30,000 including punishments for conducting unsafe operations with the drone he used. He probably should be charged with something for being named the 4th ..... who cares if he is the 1st or the last of his no account family?
But he may not be the only one ..... in a strange twist a 31-year-old man from Atlantic City, N.J. also last named Spina, in this case Mr Anthony Spina, was indicted by a grand jury in December 2024. The charges, were third-degree conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and criminal mischief charges by flying a drone and dropping dye packs into both residential and commercial pools in the area between the 1st of June and the 1st of September 2023.
There has been no confirmation from authorities as to any family connection between the two man, other than sharing the same surname and both living in New Jersey .... but I suggest that a DNA test may confirm one.
