... so perhaps it comes as no real surprise that a young lady named only as Maxine was employed as an animal artificial inseminator.
This involved her at age 21 onwards, extracting semen from up to 30 pigs a day, during which she would have to hold the pig penis still, until the 'happy ending' occurred .... often this was physically demanding as pigs are both large, and very strong. She got hurt and put in a claim for compensation.
It was stated in the submission that the injury limits her ability to do other jobs, including floristry, rubbish removal and (oddly) demolition. She is asking for compensation for loss of earnings (from demolition?), medical expenses, pain, and suffering. When I read this unusual tale, I don't know why, but I couldn't help thinking of what her boyfriend is now missing out on 😅
