Anyone who ever visits this thread will know that I am a sucker for the Super Heroes walk our streets stories ......
and I have featured several Spidermen, Batman, Ninjas, and several self created Super Heroes, so it will come as no surprise that I was attracted to one story this week.

Imagine the surprise of the Mayor of Queensland, David Pahlke, when he turned on the cities brand spanking new CCTV system, which he had just extolled to the local press as a major anti crime measure, and walking past the first camera to come on line was the Ninja Turtles ... patrolling the streets making it safer.

He admitted that he was 'gobsmacked' ...... then the laughter
started from the assembled community leaders .... it was actually all a set up by the community leaders. Mayor Pahlke saw the funny side and laughed as well ... top turtle joke.
Outside of the quarter of the globe that lives in thrall to the jidadists its still a world where a sense of humour can make us all laugh.
