.... the police appeal for witnesses and give a description, which the BBC give out as 'a muscular man, aged between 25 and 30, and about 6ft tall. He was wearing a black baseball jacket and jeans' ...... yeah, that'll do in PC multicultural 'la la land'.

 

Egypts Women's Rights

The BBC headlines a story today as 'Egypt's veiled presenter in breakthrough TV appearance' ... Now what struck me was the the word 'Breakthrough' .... its this that attracted my interest here.

.... of course what it really is, is a retrograde move, as Egypt quickly descends into an Islamic state, with women denied even the most basic of rights to resist male hegemony.

It beggars belief that an organisation such as the BBC, that has such a hand in promoting the Feminist culture in the UK, will apparently cheer on, as women are forced to dress like the something from the middle ages in third world nations. This is what apparently happens when you are trying to push the culture of Islam on one hand (remember that all belief systems are 'valid and of equal value!'), and feminism on the other.

In this case these two stances are quite obviously are mutually incompatible, as Islam is not a system that promotes Western ideas on feminism ..... its about time the BBC was forced to publicly declare whether ultimately it believes in the promotion  of Western social values, or believes that Islamic values and its treatment of minorities and women are of equal value.

Its obvious that you can't promote both as being the same, because fundamentalist Islam is sweeping across the Muslim world .... and the 'Gates of Vienna' could be here next time. 

Greek Villains

As many of us have grown to expect from the BBC's 'PC' culture these days ......... Western culture and history is no longer acceptable and we have to take the history of the middle east as the 'real' history, and our own as a 'colonialists' view. Of course these third world countries, which are in the main Islamic and where the populations generally believe in witchcraft, and also that Sharks, Vultures and various other animals are Israeli spy's, also fabricate history to fit their current needs.

But hey, what the heck, that's no more than the BBC does with British myths and legends.

So it was no surprise to find that in the wars between the nascent cultures that eventually became the West and the Middle East, the BBC now suggests that from outside Greece, it was the Greeks, and their proto - democratic traditions, which incidentally informed the BBC's charter, who were essentially in the wrong. The Persian (Iranian) tradition ... which has resulted in the Mullahs, was really the good guys. Alexander the Great was a villain of the first order, in fact one of a string of Greek villains, who caused the cultural rift between East and West by their boorish behaviour towards the civilised Persians.

Of course this being the middle east, where history is always re-written to claim that they are supreme, the story adds that "in the great Iranian national epic, the Shahnameh, written in the 10th Century AD, Alexander is no longer a wholly foreign prince but one born of a Persian father". Ah that explains it, a Greek is really half Persian, and thus another Myth and legend becomes the reality .... much like the BBC's view of Britain.

So there we are then .... what a waste of 2,500 yrs. All we had to have done to reach a state of civilisation and bliss was for the Greeks to have surrendered to the Emperor God Kings, Darius or Xerxes, and it would have been the making of us, living under these despotic god kings for millennia would have taken us to the same state as Iran, or Saudi Arabia, which is obviously a better one than our own.

That course would have been bound to end up with democracy and the BBC ...... so what are we all waiting for, lets turn towards the Middle East and prostrate.

An Inconvenient Truth

This is just an observation, but its my opinion that the biggest victim of the philosophy of Political Correctness is 'The Truth'. The biggest exponent of PC is the BBC. Here for example are their 'Have Your Say' forum rules ....

"We reserve the right to fail comments which...

• Are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
• Are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
• Contain swear words or other language likely to offend"

So for example pointing out that there are no English Born MP's representing seats in Scotland, while there are a number MPs born in Scotland (and incidentally other MPs born in Wales, Germany, Africa, India, and Pakistan), representing English seats, apparently breaks these house rules of the BBC ... however as this is in fact the truth, then the BBC should not be able to stop it being said. But they act like an unelected government of the left, where the only truth is their version of the truth.

The Faceless Censors

So for the record, of the 533 MPs representing English constituencies, around 65 appear to have been born outside England.  Of this approx number of 65 non-English MPs representing English constituencies this excludes those MP's such as David Cameron who was born in England (but whose father was an Aberdeen born stockbroker), and who has spoken publicly about his heritage.

The full list is said to be here (and I haven't checked it fully) but it seems to be correct ..... the BBC acts as its own judge and jury against any complaints, so effectively is able to impose its own world view on the public, but that doesn't make the truth any less the truth, but it does drive it out of the public arena.
