Really Stupid
In August 2022, the Accra Zoo in Ghana was exhibiting its prize animals, two newly born and rare white lion cubs. This was attracting large crowds, but one man was not there just to look. The middle aged man calmly climbed the lion enclosure fencing, and tried to steal the cubs .... this while there were adults lions in the enclosure.

Well you guessed it, the lions were not amused, and one of them attacked and killed him. The pride then ate him .... he wasn't identified in the news reports, possibly because there wasn't much to identify after the lions finished with him.

Nearly Just As Stupid
In June 2019 Kyler Bourgeous managed to get
gored and trampled by a Bison in Antelope Island State Park in Utah. Apparently he was jogging on a hikers trail when he ran into a small herd, and one of the bison took objection to his presence and charged him. He suffered a collapsed lung, broken ribs and internal injuries.
Bison attacks are quite common, especially as tourists often think that they are harmless, and will persist in approaching the animals for 'selfies' .... a move which can lead to pain and harm as the Bison attack.
But by September that year he was back up again, and decided to return to the same park, this time
with a girlfriend ... where fate took a cruel hand. His date, Ms Kayleigh Davis was in turn charged and flipped by another bison. They were running the same trail again as when he was attacked earlier in the year, and she was running ahead of Kyler along the trail when she saw a bison.

“I
looked over my shoulder and saw him approaching - and quickly found himself right behind me. As soon as I saw him, I flew up 15 feet (4,5 meters)." She hit the ground with her thigh gushing blood and a fractured ankle, and had to be airlifted to hospital.
I would give the wildlife jogging a miss if I was him.
