We at PC Towers have never ceased to be amazed at the sexual perversions men can get up to .... but even so, Mr Severn has marked some some sort of new low. After a brief friendship with a woman, who ended the casual relationship after just two months, he apparently couldn't accept this and broke into her flat. She heard the bathroom door slam and went to investigate, but before she had entered the bathroom she heard the shower running.
When she opened the bathroom door, she saw discarded male clothing and human faeces wiped on the floor and the side of the bath. Mr Severn was naked and crouched down inside the bath tub. He then asked if he could have sex with her ... yes really.
She immediately ordered him to leave and said that she would call the police ..... but she first called her brother, at this point, a naked Mr Severn jumped out the bathroom window, knocking over two small ornaments in the process, and stealing a bottle of bubble bath. The police arrived and went looking for him, and he was spotted hidden in some bushes, naked apart from a jacket. He had faeces covering his face and mouth. After a chase Police eventually caught him crouched by the back door of a property, genitals exposed rubbing the stolen bubble bath over himself.
He resisted arrest and was able to do so because he was covered in bath gel, but after throwing a nearby mop bucket at the officers and attempting to climb a fence, he was captured, but still resisting he bit a police officer, until he was pepper sprayed and subdued. During the chase and arrest, he had made several attempts to start masturbating and made overly sexualised comments to the police officers. Even while he was put in handcuffs, he made an attempt to insert a finger up his anus.
Severn pleaded guilty in court to burglary, one charge of exposure, one of criminal damage and two offences of assaulting an emergency worker .... his explanation for all this? He wanted a shower .... he was jailed for 21 months, with a three-year restraining order against contact with the woman, and was placed on the 'sex offenders' register for seven years .... one can't help wondering if there were drugs involved somewhere, but they weren't mentioned in the reports, nor was any psychiatric treatment mentioned either .... so he was apparently considered sober and mentally competent while doing all this.
..... so beware girls, he'll be out real soon!!
