In the UK ....

.... there are over 11 million people with a criminal record, and 1 in 3 men have a criminal record, which is fairly shocking. But the ethnicity of crime is rarely discussed (its a non subject because the liberals fear the conclusions would be uncomfortable reading).

Of the black homicide victims where the perpetrators are known, all were killed by black perpetrators. Most white homicide victims were killed by white murderers, the same with Asians, where victims and killers were all from the same community .... the crossover race victims are most likely to be white, probably, because they are the majority.

Of those UK men with a criminal record, just over half of these had been convicted on only one occasion, and 85% were convicted before they were 30 years old (which supports the theory that men's brains don't mature until mid to late 20's). The majority of those people would go on to have only one conviction - about half of men and three-quarters of women.

But less than 10% of people that receive a criminal record go to prison – nearly 70% of all sentences handed down are fines. So if we take that to show that the majority were car related or breach of the peace and drunkenness etc, then approx 1 million have prison records.

In the 12 months to June 2018, 71% of people serving a prison sentence had committed a non-violent crime. 47% were serving a sentence of six months or less.

Conviction histories of Offenders between the ages of 10 and 52 England and Wales - a Ministry of Justice publication in 2010 - found that 24% of men and 6% of women had a least one criminal conviction (that was based on 2006 figures) .... Interestingly, analysis from 1953 showed 33% of men had at least one conviction with 18% of those recording more than five convictions.

UK Prison Offence Types

Almost a third of men have a criminal conviction by the age of 30, according to the Home Office. Research on men born in 1953 showed that about 30 per cent had clocked up a standard list offence - one that is dealt with by the courts but excludes minor motoring offences - by their thirtieth birthday. Research in Scotland points in the same direction, suggesting that about 25 per cent of men have a record by age 24.

In the USA

In the USA, African-American adults are 5.9 times as likely to be incarcerated than Whites, and Hispanics are 3.1 times as likely. As of 2001, one of every three black boys born in that year could expect to go to prison in his lifetime, as could one of every six Latino's, compared to one of every seventeen white boys

In 2010, 8 per cent of all adults in the United States had a felony conviction on their record, but among African-American men, the rate was one in three (33%).

These are just the recorded facts ... the reasons for them being so, are for others to draw their own conclusion.
